We use your mobile number to verify access to prices and link your cart, orders and exchange requests to your account. Our SMS provider, AquaSMS, receives the mobile number and verification message for delivery. The website uses a session cookie to keep you signed in.
Orders and exchange requests
We store the details you enter at checkout, including your delivery address and contact details, to review and fulfil your order. Exchange details and photos are available to the showroom team reviewing your request. Please upload a photo of the old item with personal details and people kept out of the frame.
